The case of the petitioner is that she filed O.S.No.38 of 2008 on the file of V Additional District Judge Karimnagar for declaration of title against the unofficial respondents and the said suit was decreed on 02.07.2013. Against the same, though unofficial respondents filed appeal in A.S.No.395 of 2015, no stay was granted by this Court. While so, the petitioner submitted an application on 18.07.2014 to the 4th respondent for mutation of her name in the revenue records by way of correction of entry in the pahanis from 1999-2000 onwards as per the decree and judgment passed in O.S.No.38 of 2008. But the same is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner on 18.07.2014 in accordance with law within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 08.02.2017 dv
