On the last occasion, when the matter was called, none appeared for the petitioners, as such, it was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, in the morning session when the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation is made on behalf of the petitioners and the matter was passed over and again in the afternoon when the matter is called, there is also no representation on behalf of the petitioners, as such, it appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter any further. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
