THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRI T PETI TI ON NO.19783 of 2018 (On being mentioned) ORDER: (per SK,J) The writ petition was allowed on 25.06.2018 upon the representation being made that the matter was squarely covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.3279 of 2018. It however came to light thereafter that the said decision has no role to play in the case on hand and the matter was accordingly directed to be listed under the caption 'For Being Mentioned'.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Saptagiri, learned counsel representing Sri K.B.Ramanna Dora, learned counsel for the petitioner bank, would inform this Court that leave was sought on 25.06.2018 to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner bank to take recourse to alternative remedies available to it before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
In the light of the submission now made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
