THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.8587 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not paying the petitioner's bills to a tune of Rs.83,944/- is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequentially to direct the respondents to pay the petitioner's bill to a tune of Rs.83,944 / - with interest and taken into consideration of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent vide Proceedings No.2A/AB/EE(1)/ UBD/2016, dated 20.05.2016."

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation on 02.03.2017 to the respondents and no action has been taken on the said representation and necessary directions may be issued to the respondents to take appropriate action on the said representation in accordance with law.

On the otherhand, it is submitted by the learned standing counsel, Sri Ch.Jagannatha Rao, that appropriate action will be taken, in accordance with law, on the said representation.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter, directing the respondents herein to take appropriate action on the representation dated 02.03.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
