HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1571 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner that she was issued notice on 09-12-2015 in Form-II under Rule 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Rules, 2007. The petitioner submitted explanation on 29-12-2016. Without passing any orders, the respondents are trying to evict the petitioner from the subject property.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the petitioner has already submitted explanation, the 4th respondent is directed to pass final orders after hearing the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till passing of final orders, there shall be stay of dispossession of the petitioner from the subject property.
