THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3095 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.4 & 5 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in DVC No.17 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tenali, Guntur District.

First respondent herein filed the present complaint against the petitioners herein and others seeking certain reliefs under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the further proceedings against the petitioners.

In any event considering the nature of allegations wherein the question of identity of the respondents herein does not arise, their presence before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates on which the learned trial Judge insists for their presence and the petitioners shall be properly represented by their counsel before the trial Court.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _______________ RAJA ELANGO, J March 09, 2016.
