The issue raised in this writ petition is similar to the one raised in W.P.No.32889 of 2015. The challenge by the writ petitioner is to the Notification dated 30.06.2010 issued by the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City. In the other writ petition referred to supra, which was decided today, the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad Police Commissionerate, stated that the said Notification has no application to Cyberabad Police Commissionerate jurisdiction. Therefore, the petitioner concern, which is located within Cyberabad limits, need have no apprehension as to the Notification being pressed into service against it.

The writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
