It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that he received an information from the learned Standing Counsel that the appeal filed by the petitioner herein stood dismissed on 09.03.2018. A request is made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to assail the order passed in the appeal by filing a fresh writ petition.

The same is recorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if he is advised to do so.
