This Appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, challenging the order, dated 27-01-2016 in M.V.O.P.No.1582 of 2013 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-XIV Addl. Chief Judge (Fast Track Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award, dated 19-12-2016. The said submission is recorded.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, no further orders need be passed in this appeal. 4.

Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A. is disposed of in terms of the award. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this appeal shall stand closed.
