Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ declaring the action of the respondents in not permitting the petitioners herein to appear in the examination for B.E. IV year, as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice, unreasonable and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, to direct the Respondent to allow the petitioner to appear for B.E. IV year exam."

At the hearing, Mr.G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that he has no instructions from his client. A perusal of the record shows that based on the interim direction granted by this Court, which has the effect of granting the main relief, the petitioner seems to have got his purpose served and that appears to be the reason for his not giving instructions to his Counsel.

As the learned Counsel for the petitioner reported no instructions, this Court has no option other than dismissing the Writ Petition and vacting the interim direction granted by this Court on 16-12-2011 in WPMP.No.41330 of 2011.

As a consequence of dismissal of the Writ Petition, the respondents shall be free to nullify all the actions taken by them in pursuance of the interim direction granted by this Court. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WVMP.No.358 of 2012 and WPMP.No.41330 of 2011 stand disposed of as infructuous.
