THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.7505 of 2012 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the police authorities were not completing the investigation in Crime No.30 of 2009 on the file of the Cyber Crimes Police Station, C.I.D., Hyderabad. Relying on the written instructions dated 14.08.2015 furnished by the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crimes Police Station, C.I.D., Hyderabad, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that the petitioner, being the accused in Crime No.30 of 2009, filed this writ petition on the one hand and on the other, he filed Crl.P.No.13048 of 2013 before this Court seeking quashing of the said crime. By order dated 08.11.2013, this Court allowed Crl.P.No.13048 of 2013 and quashed further investigation in Crime No.30 of 2009 on the file of the Cyber Crimes Police Station, C.I.D., Hyderabad.
In the light of the aforestated development, this writ petition no longer survives for consideration on merits and the same is accordingly dismissed.
Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
