THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 22828 of 2019 O R D E R:

In this writ petition, grievance of the petitioner is about non-consideration of his representation dated 16.04.2019 for allowing him to catch the fish in Domma Cheruvu, by respondent No.2-Commissioner of Fisheries, Shanthi Nagar, Hyderabad. Today, learned Government Pleader for Fisheries appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 placed before this Court the written instructions received from the District Fisheries Officer, Peddapally District and stated that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner with respect to the alleged misdeeds of respondent No.4, President of Fisherman Cooperative Society, Banjarpally, a notice was issued to him, however, he has not responded to the same and that on 17.10.2019, a Memo was issued stating that the lease agreement executed by respondent No.4 was not in accordance with the byelaws of the Society.

In the light of the above, respondent No.2 shall verify the record and if the allegations of the petitioner were found to be true, he shall take necessary action against respondent Nos.4 and 5 or anyone claiming through them. He shall ensure that fishing operations are carried out strictly as per the procedure. The petitioner also may be given liberty to place necessary record before respondent No.2.

With the above, the writ petition is disposed of.
