THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.2651 of 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner/party-in-person is that the Station House Officer, Rayadurgam Police Station, Rayadurgam, Hyderabad, failed to register a criminal case upon his complaint dated 19.01.2016.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that acting upon the complaint lodged by the petitioner/party-inperson, Crime No.27 of 2016 was registered on 25.01.2016 on the file of Rayadurgam Police Station under Sections 323 and 506 I.P.C. A copy of the F.I.R. is also placed on record.

In the light of this development, the grievance of the petitioner stands settled.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
