Learned counsel for the petitioners is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing letter, dated 31.05.2017, issued by Sub-Inspector of Police, Neredmet Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, would submit that the case was ended in compromise before Lok Adalat on 06.02.2014 and hence, the petition may be dismissed as infructuous. 3.

In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
