HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM W.P.No.22815 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in dispossessing the petitioners from their land admeasuring Ac.15.15 gts in Sy. No.90/A, situated at Kukatpally village and Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgir District for construction of shopping complex as arbitrary and illegal. 2.

Learned Standing Counsel for 4th respondent-temple submits that the land in Sy. No.91 is belonging to the temple and the alleged construction is being made in Sy. No.91 only. 3.

In the light of the specific assertion of the 4th respondent that the construction is being made in Sy. No.91, there being no cause of action is survived for the petitioners. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in the Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
