HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 13466 OF 2005 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the Writ Petition against the 2nd respondent was dismissed for default, vide orders dated 30.12.2010 and the petitioner has not taken any steps to ensure that the Writ Petition against the 2nd respondent is restored. The petitioner is challenging the orders passed in MP No.75 of 1999, dated 30.12.2004, by the Industrial Tribunal and the said orders passed by the Industrial Tribunal are in favour of the 2nd respondent. In the absence of the 2nd respondent, this Writ Petition cannot be adjudicated. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
