The grievance of the petitioner is that he is the owner of Light Motor Vehicle No.AP 25H 5359 registered with the respondent and he has sold the said vehicle to Ahmmad Hussain of Bihar and made application to the 2nd respondent for issuance of 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC) as contemplated under Section 48 of Motor Vehicles Act for transfer of vehicle to be effected in the State of Bihar. It is stated that while the petitioner was traveling from Koti to Chatrinaka, he lost R.C.book of said vehicle and 'NOC' issued by the respondent. On that the petitioner lodged a complaint and as they failed to trace out, the Station House Officer issued a certificate dated 03-12-2009 to that affect. Thereafter, the petitioner requested the respondent and filed representation to issue duplicate R.C. book along with NOC on 30-01-2010. As there is no response, the present writ petition is filed.

Though writ petition is admitted, no counter is filed. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Transport, who seeks time for filing counter. Since already grievance of the petitioner is before the respondent, it is for the respondent to consider the same as per rules.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to pass necessary orders on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
