THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.23692 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, particularly respondent No.2, in issuing termination of contract/invocation of Bank Guarantees letter/notice dated 17.06.2016, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently set aside the said letter/notice dated 17.06.2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
