HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.37735 OF 2012 ORDER:

The petitioner assails tender notice dated 20.11.2012, as illegal and arbitrary. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents instead of finalising the tenders in terms of tender notice dated 23.08.2012 have issued fresh tender notice arbitrarily. On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that contract dated 13.02.2013 for a period of two years pursuant to tender notice dated 20.11.2012 was awarded and the period comes to end by 14.02.2015.

Having regard to the above circumstance, the cause in the writ petition is not effective. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. ___________ S.V.BHATT, J Date:10.02.2015 Stp
