OFFICE NOTE 11.09.2023 KS,J IA.No.1 OF 2023 (ON BEING MENTIONED) This application is filed seeking permission to post this petition under the caption 'for being mentioned' to enable the petitioner to seek correction in the order dated 04.09.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.8185 of 2023.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court on 04.09.2023 passed order in Crl.P.No.8185 of 2023; and at para No.1 of the order, it was wrongly typed the crime number as 'Crime No.270 of 2023' instead of 'Crime No.270 of 2022'. In view of the aforesaid submission, Office is directed to substitute para No.1 of the order with the aforesaid correction and issue corrected copy of the order.

Accordingly, the earlier order dated 04.09.2023 passed in Crl.P.No.8185 of 2023 stands corrected with the above observation.
