THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM C.M.A.M.P.No. 1947 of 2013 AND C.M.A.No. 1446 of 2004 J U D G M E N T :

On 07.12.2017, when the matter was listed, this Court, after verification of the record, recorded that even in pre and post - lunch sessions, there was no representation on behalf of either of the parties and that though this Court on 10.10.2014 itself, directed to issue fresh notice on payment of batta, it seems, no batta has been paid. The matter was therefore, directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Today, during pre-lunch session, there is no representation and hence, the Appeal was passed over. Again at 02.45 P.M. also, there is no representation for the appellant. In those circumstances, C.M.A.M.P.No. 1947 of 2013 as well as the Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand dismissed.
