The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not been conducting investigation into Crime No. 832 of 2011 on the file of Panjagutta Police Station.

Today, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the 4th respondent, after conducting investigation into Crime No. 832 of 2011, filed a charge sheet on 14.11.2011 which was taken cognizance as C.C. No. 1350 of 2014 on the file of the XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court at Hyderabad and the same is pending trial. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
