This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.4 has declined to furnish certain information sought by the petitioner vide his proceeding in R.C.No.A4/2344/15, dated 03-082015. At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the fact that under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (for short 'the Act'), the petitioner has the remedy of appeal to the intra-institutional authority, who is the State Public Information Officer, and if he feels aggrieved by the decision taken by the latter in the appeal, he has the further remedy of Second Appeal to the State Information Commission.

In view of the availability of these effective alternative remedies to the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail the above mentioned remedies.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.52055 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 11th December, 2015 lur
