This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Baglekar Akash Kumar, Advocate for the petitioner and the Assistant public prosecutor (TG) on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and the Respondent No.2 none appeared either in person or by Advocate.

The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in Crime No.46 of 2022 of Rajoli Police Station, Jogulamba Gadwal District 2.

Smt.Supriya representing Sri B.Akash Kumar, learned counsel on record for the petitioners submits that the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
