W.P.M.P.No.2876 of 2016 is filed seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition No.817 of 2012 with a liberty to avail alternative remedy of raising Industrial Dispute before the Labour Court. Petition un-opposed.

Accordingly, W.P.M.P.No.2876 of 2016 is allowed and consequently, Writ Petition No.817 of 2012 is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
