Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given representation dt.07-06-2018 seeking permission to desilt the Veerraju Pond, Gurajada village, Pamidimukkala Mandal, Krishan District to the 2nd respondent and that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Irrigation appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation within four weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.07-06-2018 within four weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
