ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned government pleader for revenue.
2. Petitioner states that in pursuance of directions of this court in W.P.No.20239 of 2012 and batch dated 28.10.2014, the survey work is going on and however, petitioner seeks that his representation also be considered by the authority conducting the survey.
3. It is evident from the orders of this court that series of directions were given and the survey work is stated to have been taken up to identify whether the land belongs to Government. There is no reason now to interdict the said directions. However, if petitioner seeks to make a representation to the extent of his claim, he is at liberty to make representation before the authority conducting the survey. Subject to the liberty aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
