The writ petitioner filed W.P.M.P.No.47729 of 2015 seeking leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the proceedings dated 05.08.2015.

W.P.M.P.No.47729 of 2015 is accordingly ordered and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
