This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondent No.3 in investigating into FIR.No.178 of 2018, though the said case was registered on 24-04-2018. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions states that complaint of the petitioner was investigated into and the same is found to be false. The Assistant Commissioner of Police, West Division, Vijayawada City issued proceedings dated 24-07-2018 according permission to the investigating officer for referring the crime as 'False" and a notice was sought to be served on the petitioner, but he refused to receive the same. As such, the notice was sent to the petitioner through registered post and the investigating officer also filed final report on 26-07-2018 before the II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada and the same was taken on file vide CF.No.6458, dated 30-07-2018.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. It is open for the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to her against filing of final report. No order as to costs.
