HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22707 OF 2002 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a direction declaring the action of the respondent in not considering the case of the petitioner for appointment as Driver as illegal and arbitrary and violation of Circular dated 11.08.2000 issued by the Managing Director, A.P.S.R.T.C., in PD-43/2000.
This Court while admitting the writ petition granted interim direction to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2002 in the light of the Circular dated 11.08.2000, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Since the relief claimed in the writ petition and the interim prayer is one and the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 14.11.2002 passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.28488 of 2002. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
