Gali Gunasekhara Naidu, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh Rep. By Its Principal Secretary,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.33891 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard.
The grievance of the petitioner is that his application under Form 6-A filed on 02-09-2015 is not being considered and disposed of by the 3rd respondent. The averments of the affidavit speak that the 3rd respondent is waiting for the orders from the 2nd respondent.
However, under the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, it is the 3rd respondent, who is the competent authority, to examine such request and take appropriate decision in accordance with law. Since the petitioner made application only on 02-09-2015, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to examine the said request in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, expeditiously, preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _______________________ VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR, J Date: 13-10-2015 Prv
