THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLR SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION NO.2740 OF 2015 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri T.Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that this Writ Petition has been filed questioning the action of the Recovery Officer in not considering the objections filed by the petitioners; the Recovery Officer has listed the matter today for considering the objections submitted by the petitioners; and, in view thereof, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive necessitating any adjudication by this Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
