This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the unsuccessful petitioner, assailing the order, dated 12.05.2014, of the learned Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam, passed in I.A.No.49 of 2014 in O.P.No.229 of 2014. 2.

There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.

The Registry of the Court brings to the notice of the Court that the trial Court informed that the suit itself is disposed of on 13.03.2017. 4.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
