This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw O.P.No.614 of 2011 on the file of the Family Court Judge cum IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, and transfer the same to Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. To that effect, he also filed a letter dated 23.07.2018 in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
