Aggrieved by the order, dated 13-07-2015, passed by the 3rd respondent, the petitioners filed a revision before the 2nd respondent on 17-08-2015 along with an application for stay. The petitioners submit that even after lapse of two months, the said revision petition and the stay petition have not been taken up and no date of hearing is indicated. Since the petitioners apprehend dispossession in pursuance of the impugned order of the 3rd respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

I have heard the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the fact that the petitioners' revision along with stay petition is pending since 17-08-2015, it is appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to fix a date of hearing, preferably within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and atleast hear and dispose of the stay petition filed in the said revision.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
