THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.9112 OF 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is without any suspension order or cancellation of authorization, the respondents are not allowing the petitioner to run the fair price shop bearing shop No.2232027 of Chinnakorukondi (V)-II, Kalluru Mandal, Khammam District.

So long as the authorization subsists, the petitioner herein is entitled to lift the stock as per the authorization. It is the categoric case of the petitioner herein that the authorization is neither suspended nor cancelled and is subsisting as on date. 3.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents herein to permit the petitioner herein to run the fair price shop bearing shop No.2232027 of Chinnakorukondi (V)-II, Kalluru Mandal, Khammam District, if the authorization of the petitioner subsists as on today. However, this order will not preclude the respondents from taking any action, as per law. 4.
