ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in disengaging the services of the petitioner with effect from 13.08.2003.

While admitting the writ petition on 12.08.2004, this Court granted interim suspension of the impugned order. In pursuance of the same, the petitioner continued in service. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the said interim order, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
