ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in seeking to remove the petitioner in pursuance of the inquiry report under Section 51 of the Andhra Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1964 as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Sri Vupputuri Appa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that his client is placed in a similar situation that of Tatineni Sarath Kumar, petitioner in Writ Petition No.28842 of 2011 which was dismissed as withdrawn by order, dated 23.7.2015, with liberty to him to avail a fresh remedy for questioning the launching of prosecution against him, vide order, dated 12.10.2011. Having regard to this request of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner as was given to the petitioner in Writ
Petition No.28842 of 2011.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 23.11.2011, in WPMP.No.38381 of 2011 is vacated and WPMP.No.38381 of 2011 is dismissed as infructuous. __________________________ JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY 30th July 2015 DR
