Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned standing counsel, appearing for the 3.d respondent - Gram Panchayat, fairly submits that the impugned proceeding dated ll.lO.2021 issued by the 3'd respondent was without notice to the petitioner. 2.

The learned standing counsel seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the impugned proceeding by granting liberty to the 3.a respondent to initiate proceedings afresh, in accordance with law. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that if the authorities follow the due process of law, he has no objection, since the petitioner would have right to file objections thereto. 4.

In view of the above, since it has been stated before this Court by the learned standing counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent that the 3!d respondent is withdrawing the impugned proceeding dated 11.1O.2O21, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
