This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in c.C.No.188 of 2010 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bhongir, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 465, 468, 469 r/w 109 IPC. During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner, who filed the present Petition, was dead.

In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the instant crime.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition, shall stand dismissed.
