Sri V.V.Narasimha, learned counsel representing Sri V.Venugopala Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, with a liberty to file an appeal before the Endowments Tribunal. Since the petitioner was pursuing his remedies in a wrong forum, the same may not be taken for counting the delay against the petitioner for the purpose of limitation. Permission is granted.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Endowments Tribunal. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
