The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...Writ of Mandamus or Order or Direction declaring the action of respondents 3 and 4 in keeping the document pending bearing P. No.87/2018 without registering the document and without assigning any reasons as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and violative of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, and also violative of the provisions of the Registration Act..."
The Assistant Government Pleader by referring to the written instructions dated 18.06.2018 submits that the 4th respondent will process the document;
either register or communicate endorsement as is warranted in the facts and circumstances of the case. The statement is placed on record and accepted. The writ petition is disposed of by this order: The 4th respondent is directed to process the document; either register or communicate endorsement to party to enable the party to work out the remedy in accordance with law, within one week from today. The Assistant Government Pleader is given liberty to communicate the order to respondents 3 and 4. No order as to costs.
