THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.36646 OF 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were not taking any action based on his complaint dated 26.09.2015. The Station House Officer, III Town Police Station, Proddatur, YSR Kadapa District, furnished written instructions dated 18.11.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that the petitioner's complaint dated 26.09.2015 had not been received but a separate complaint dated 16.11.2015 was received from the petitioner and on the basis thereof, Crime No.194 of 2015 had been registered under Section 420 I.P.C. Investigation was stated to be in progress as regards this crime.

In the light of the afore-stated developments, the grievance of the petitioner stands settled.
