The present writ petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not granting affiliation for the Academic Year 2019-2020 to the petitioner - College to conduct the B.Ed. Course, as arbitrary and illegal. Learned counsel for the petitioner - College submits that the representation vide Lr.No.RECWS/AFFILIATION/B.Ed./001/2019, dt.03.09.2019 made by the petitioner - College to respondent No.2 for granting affiliation for the Academic Year 2019-2020 to conduct B.Ed. Course is pending consideration and if a direction is given to respondent No.2 to consider the said representation and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law with a time frame, the same would meet the ends of justice.
Sri Ch. Jagannadha Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 - Osmania University, submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner - College would be considered and disposed of by passing appropriate orders in accordance with law.
In view of the above said submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation vide Lr.No.RECWS/AFFILIATION/B.Ed./001/2019, dt.03.09.2019 submitted by the petitioner - College to the 5th respondent, which is stated to have been forwarded to the 2nd
TVK,J W.P.No.22866 of 2019 respondent, and is pending consideration, in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
