When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Municipal Corporation that the respondents are not interfering with the possession of the petitioner herein and if the subject property of the petitioner is required for any public purpose, due procedure would be adhered to.
Recording the said submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the respondent-Municipal Corporation not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner except in accordance with law. It is further made clear that the respondent-Municipal Corporation is entitled to follow due process of law if the private property of the petitioner is required for any public purpose.
