HCJ & AAR, J Crl.A.No.146 of 2013 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) Ms. J. Sridevi, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, informs this Court that the appellant, Maddela Venkata Swamy, has expired on 09.12.2014. She has produced a letter written by the Superintendent, Central Prison, Cherlapalli, Medchal District, to Mr. C. Pratap Reddy, State Public Prosecutor, on 26.10.2019. According to the said letter, the appellant (accused) expired on 09.12.2014 at Gandhi Hospital, Secunderabad. The same shall be taken on record.

Therefore, the present appeal is, hereby, dismissed as abated.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed.
