THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU CI VI L REVI SI ON PETI TI ON NO.3 2 9 4 OF 2 0 1 8 ORDER:- The learned counsel for the revision petitioners states that after she has perused the sale deed and other documents, there is an error in the description of the property and also in the boundaries in the lower court itself, particularly in the application for an amendment. Therefore, the learned counsel states that a fresh application has to be made for an amendment. She seeks permission of this court to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to file a fresh application for amendment.

Permission, as sought for, is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh application. However, the lower court shall decide the application as per law without in any way being influenced what is stated in this order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
