THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.6607 OF 2019 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner- Accused No.6 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.772 of 2019 on the file of Pet Basheerabad Police Station, Cyberabad.
2. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the pendency of this criminal petition, the trial Court has disposed of the case by way of settlement before Lok-adalath. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, since the very purpose of filing this criminal petition has already been fulfilled and no cause survives in this criminal petition and thereby the Criminal Petition has become infructuous and liable to be dismissed. 4.
