HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9417 OF 2015 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/Accused 1 to 3 seek to quash the proceedings in CC.No1157 of 2014 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Karimnagar, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A, 506 IPC and Sections 4 of D.P.Act. When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 29.11..2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, W.P.S., Karimnagar District and submitted that after filing of charge sheet, C.C.No.1154 of 2014 was registered and the same was ended in acquittal vide judgment dated 29.2..2016 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in CC No.1154 of 2014 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
