Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and Standing Counsel for respondents.

The petitioner challenges proceedings dated 09-09-2016 as illegal and contrary to the terms and conditions between the parties. The affect of the proceeding impugned in the writ petition is that it cancels the parking place contract award to petitioner, which comes to end by 30-04-2017. On 16-09-2016, the petitioner has filed representation against the observations recorded by the respondents in the proceeding impugned in this writ petition. The further challenge to the proceeding impugned in the writ petition is that the respondents as required by Clause-15 of the annexure appended to proceedings dated 30-04-2015, 15 days notice is not issued. Learned Standing Counsel having regard to the latter submission submits that the proceeding impugned in the writ petition can be treated as show-cause notice, the respondents will consider the representation submitted on 16-092016 and pass appropriate orders within one week from today. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 16-09-2016 within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
